Biography
The tradition of growing chile began more than 80 years ago when Joseph and Celestina Franzoy immigrated to the Hatch Valley from Austria. Today Young Guns is the largest green chile grower and packer in the US. We provide a premium, all natural product made possible by the rich soil of the Hatch Valley.
