Important Exhibitor Dates
- March 18: Freeman Receiving Begins
- March 20: Discount Price Deadline
- April 10: Advance Freight Deadline
- April 14 & 16 from 7:00am- 2:00pm: Brothers Food Service will receive your refrigerated items between these dates
- April 16: Refrigerated Produce Deadline
- April 17 , Friday 7am- 11am: Exhibitor Move-In
- April 17, Friday 2:00pm- 6:00 pm: Exhibitor Move-In
- April 18, Saturday 6:30am- 8:30 am: Show Day Exhibitor Move-In
- April 18, Saturday 10:30am- 4:00 pm: Show Day
- April 18, Saturday 4:00pm- 11pm: Exhibitor Move-Out

Exhibitor Registration Requirements
Ready to showcase your business at the Viva Fresh Expo 2026? Here’s what you need to know to secure your spot:
TIPA Membership: You must be a member of the Texas International Produce Association (TIPA) to register.
Regional Focus: Exhibitors must be growers, shippers, or importers with physical operations in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, or New Mexico.
Texas Connection: If your operations are outside of Texas or Mexico, your produce must be transported via ground through a Texas port of entry to qualify.
Exhibitor Packages Include
Event Access:
- Up to five show badges
- Admission to all educational workshops and sessions
- Entry to the keynote speaker session
- Invitations to all Expo receptions
