Exhibitor Registration Requirements
Ready to showcase your business at the Viva Fresh Expo 2025? Here’s what you need to know to secure your spot:
TIPA Membership: You must be a member of the Texas International Produce Association (TIPA) to register.
Regional Focus: Exhibitors must be growers, shippers, or importers with physical operations in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, or New Mexico.
Texas Connection: If your operations are outside of Texas or Mexico, your produce must be transported via ground through a Texas port of entry to qualify.
Exhibitor Packages Include
Your exhibitor package includes everything you need for a successful showcase! Here’s what’s included with your 8′ x 10′ booth space (one per company):
Event Access:
- Up to five show badges
- Admission to all educational workshops and sessions
- Entry to the keynote speaker session
- Invitations to all Expo receptions
Booth Setup by Freeman:
