Whether you’re joining as an All-Access attendee, Exhibitor, or with an General Attendee (Non-TIPA Member), Viva Fresh gives you the flexibility to create your ideal event experience. With optional ticketed events across Thursday and Friday, you can tailor your schedule to maximize learning, networking, and connection.

TIPA members can register here to choose an All-Access or Expo Pass and tailor their Viva Fresh experience. Be sure to opt in for any ticketed events you’d like to attend.

What to Expect When You Register

- Log back in later with your confirmation code to modify your registration.
Note: Ticketed events are an add-on to your registration — individual event tickets are not sold separately.

Thursday events (Golf, Pickleball, Wine Experience) are not included in any registration and must be purchased separately.

Fee: $4,650 per 8’x10′ booth
- Includes five (5) exhibitor badges
- Access to receptions, keynote luncheon, Expo Hall (setup + show hours). See ‘What’s Included by Registration Type’ table above.
- Standard booth package (table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, drape, carpet, ID sign)
Attendee & Golf – Non-Exhibitor:
- 91+ days out: Full refund (minus processing fees)
- 60-90 days: 50% refund
- 45-59 days: 25% refund
- 0-44 days: No refund
- 91+ days out: Full refund (minus printing fees)
- 60-90 days: 50% refund
- 45-59 days: 25% refund
- 0-44 days: No refund
